This is exceptionally excellent! There are plenty of articles and tools out there for doing super in-depth tracking and that is not always what I'm looking for.

Your process is like a note with mechanics.

Excellent stuff, simple and easy to implement. It kind of reminds me of using “clocks” from Blades in the Dark / Ironsworn. Urgency helps create tension and forces decision making for the player to choose where to prioritize.
